2. Plant Health Guarantee

2.1 30-Day Health Guarantee

All plants purchased from us come with a 30-day health guarantee from the date of delivery. If your plant shows signs of disease, pest infestation, or significant decline within this period, we will provide a replacement or full refund.

2.2 Delivery Guarantee

We guarantee that your plants will arrive healthy and in good condition. If you receive a damaged or unhealthy plant, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs showing:

  • The plant's overall condition
  • Any damaged areas or unhealthy foliage
  • The packaging (if damaged)
  • The shipping label

3. Return Eligibility

3.1 Live Plants

Due to the nature of living plants, we accept returns only in the following circumstances:

  • Plant arrived damaged or diseased
  • Wrong plant species delivered
  • Plant shows significant decline within 30 days due to factors present at delivery

Note: Returns due to improper care after delivery are not covered by our guarantee.

3.2 Plant Care Products

Planters, soil, fertilizers, and other care products can be returned within 30 days of purchase if:

  • Items are unused and in original packaging
  • Items are defective or damaged
  • Wrong items were delivered

3.3 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Plants that have been repotted or modified
  • Custom phytodesign installations
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable care guides or digital content
  • Service consultations already performed

4. Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at response@brandtrueau.world or call +1 (719) 767-5866 with your order number and detailed description of the issue. Include clear photographs if applicable.

Step 2: Approval

Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours. If approved, we will provide instructions for return or replacement.

Step 3: Return Shipping

For damaged or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. For other returns, shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Step 4: Inspection

Returned items will be inspected upon arrival. Plants must show the same condition as reported in your initial contact.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

5.2 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

5.3 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in cases where:

  • Plant shows minor damage that doesn't affect overall health
  • Packaging is damaged but plant is healthy
  • Item is returned after 30 days but within 60 days

5.4 Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

6. Exchanges

We gladly offer exchanges for:

  • Same plant in better condition
  • Different plant of equal or lesser value
  • Store credit for future purchases

To request an exchange, follow the same process as returns. Exchange shipping is free for our errors; otherwise, standard shipping rates apply.

7. Service Cancellations

7.1 Consultation Services

  • Cancel more than 48 hours before appointment: Full refund
  • Cancel 24-48 hours before appointment: 50% refund
  • Cancel less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund

7.2 Phytodesign Projects

  • Before work begins: Full deposit refund
  • After design approval: 50% deposit refund
  • After installation begins: No refund on deposit

7.3 Maintenance Contracts

Maintenance contracts can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Unused portions will be refunded on a prorated basis.

8. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Do not discard packaging materials
  2. Take clear photographs of damage
  3. Contact us within 48 hours
  4. We will file a claim with the carrier
  5. Replacement or refund will be processed immediately

9. Care Support

Before initiating a return for plant health issues, we encourage you to contact our care support team. Often, simple adjustments to care routines can resolve issues. Our experts are available to help you succeed with your plants.

10. Special Orders

Custom orders, rare plant requests, and special imports are final sale and cannot be returned unless the plant arrives damaged or is not as described.

11. Seasonal Considerations

During extreme weather conditions (very hot or cold), we may delay shipments to ensure plant health. If you request delivery despite weather warnings, our health guarantee may be affected.
